NDC MP used a razor blade in the chamber to cut Hon. Mustapha Ussif (Video)

Member of parliament for Abura Seibu Kwamankese, Hon. Elvis Moris Donkor has emphatically stated that an NDC MP brought a razor blade in the chamber of parliament on Monday 19th December when the house converge to vote on the proposed E-levy in the 2022 budget.

According to the NPP MP, it is not an allegation but something he witnessed at the chamber when the minority physically clashed with the majority resulting in an exchange of fists on the floor.

Hon. Elvis speaking on Maakye with Appiah Kubi on Kessben TV confirmed that the sports minister was cut with a razor blade by an NDC MP during the exchanges.

“It is not an allegation. This is what happened. During the exchanges, an NDC MP who brought a blade in the chamber used it to cut Hon Ussif Mustapha. It was a planned thing.” He said.

According to him, the blade was used to cut the neck of the MP for Yagaba-Kubori Constituency and Sports minister.
