Mother influenced by friend dumbs 1 month-old-baby, says she’s become ugly after birth
The 18-year-old mother who has been identified as Serwaa got influenced by her close friend Frimpomaa who encouraged her to dump the one-month-old baby on the streets.
It took the diligence of a Taxi driver who had to stop to find out what was on the street while driving in the wee hours of Tuesday 14th December.
The Taxi driver after detecting it was a baby wrapped in a black polythene bag carried the baby to the police station.
It was later learned at the Mankranso Government hospital that the baby was for Serwaa.
Malam Yaya reporting from Asempanaye in Mankranso, where the incident took place said the 18-year-old was influenced by her friend who had told her that, she has now become very ugly after birth so she should get rid of the child.
The stupid mother who also thought she has become pale after giving birth planned with her friend to dump the 1-month-old-baby in the street, which she did.
