JHS students vacate on 8th Dec; primary vacate on 17th Dec – Ministry of Education
The public relations officer of the ministry of education, Kwasi Kwaterng has reiterated that junior high schools across Ghana will vacate on 8th December 2021.
The public relations officer however says for the lower primary section comprising class one to class six will vacate on 17th December 2021.
Kwasi Kwarteng speaking on ‘Maakye’ on Kessben 92.9 with Akuoko Kwarteng explained the rationale behind the ministry decision.
According to him, the difference in the vacation date between the primary and the Junior High School means that there will also also be differences in the reopening date.
He disclosed that those at the Junior high school will reopen one week early before the students at the primary level.
