Court to Akuapem Poloo: Let any competent person take care of your son
After enjoying some time with her son while out on bail pending the hearing of her appeal, on Wednesday, December 1, the High Court upheld the Circuit Court’s ruling meaning Akuapem Poloo has to go back to jail and serve the rest of her sentence.
Most importantly, the court presided over by Justice Ruby Aryeetey ordered that in the absence of Akuapem Poloo, Mudasir, who turned 8 this year, should be given to any competent person in the family to take care of.
Subsequently, the actress after the ruling took to her social media pages to express her unconditional love for her son urging him to be of good behavior while she is away.
