MPs are given V8 and you reward us with Aboboya & Radio Set – Best farmer cry over lack of motivation

Isaac Egyire, the 2020 Best farmer in the Twifo District has lamented over the requisite motivation farmers are ought to be given.

According to the experienced farmer, he was given ‘Aboboya Tricycle’ with a mini FM radio set, wellington boots and two cutlasses when he won the best farmer in 2020.

Mr. Egyire speaking on Breaking News with Ali Baba Dankambari said that the Ministry of Agriculture is not doing enough to ensure farmers are motivated enough.

He stressed that the way they are rewarded does not motivate the youth to enter the Agricultural sector.
