Amenfi East :Women’s Empowerment Is My Major Concerned-Aspiring NPP Parliamentary Candidate, Dr Nana Afriyie

The women empowerment programme which has attracted 1000 of women in Wassa Amenfi East constituency.

Items to be trained on is liquid soap, Omo powder, shower cel, after wash, Donuts and chips.

Speaking at the commencement of the skills training program at the Boakyewaa Hotel, the parliamentary candidate hopeful, Dr Nana Afriyie said that the trainers are going to be ambassadors of trainers for all women in the constituency.

According to him, this form part of his flagship project he is going to embarked on when voted for him as the parliamentary candidate for Wassa Amenfi East Constituency in the ticket of New Patriotic Party.

He vow to ensure that everyone would be engaged into skills training and handwork for them to also go out there trained their spouses at their various home.

The high rate of unemployment rate is worrying and needs urgent attention and so such initiative is in right directions to reduced unemployment rate in the country.

“Our women have surferred from scratch my back make I scratched your back and exploit them into unwanted pregnancy and other forms of illnesses” he lamented.

The time for our women libration is now to get them out from hands of wickness and exploit them into a meaningful lifestyles.

Dr Nana Afriyie grateful with the women for showing up in their numbers and to be trained as ambassadors of trainers.

Some beneficiaries are greatful to the kind gesture of Dr Nana Afriyie and also call on entire Wassa Amenfi East to vote massively for both primaries and the general elections.

This is a man when given the nod can transformed the narrative of Wassa Amenfi East Constituency and bring it back to normal form from the the hands of non-performing MP popularly known as Home Boy.

According to them, this is a man who has shown leadership and example of doing the job so why don’t they followed who knows road and the work of Parliament even when he is not yet.

The NPP is the party that believed in creating social interventions for the people of Ghana and not teach the people how to eat fish rather than teaching them how to catch fish unlike the NDC.

The NDC has over the painted forcehood about the NPP in the Wassa Amenfi East and believed that with this project the people can judge who is saying the truth or lies.

He urged them to deviod of politics of insults and rather speak to the good things the H.E.Nana Addo Dankwa and NPP administration is doing for the good people of Ghana.

Dr Nana Afriyie was optimistic that the 2024 is a crutial elections for both parliamentary and presidential election for the NPP to break the eight years syndrome and to win more seat in parliament and to achieved it is by unity, issue base politics, devoid of insult and all inclusive politics.

The Ghana’s is economy is coming back to its normal track and must falsehoods painted by NDC party, because the NPP is poised to relegated them into 40yrs relegation in government.

Dr Nana Afriyie said he has no doubt that base on some intervention he put in place such as NHIA registration for the aged, clearing of rubbish from the hospital, extention of rural electrification and many more.

Meanwhile the women’s organiser for Wassa Amenfi East Constituency, Madam Cynthia Nsiwa plea with trainers to make used of what they’re been trained of because this is an opportunity for them to tap into.

She urged them not to just acquired the knowledge and go home sleep on it but rather make it practical for future benefits.

In his remarks, the assistant secretary of the Wassa Amenfi East Constituency of the NPP, Mr Clement Amo said he thank God for given Dr Nana Afriyie the wisdom of coming to the aid the women to trained them into soap and other items making.

He called on the good people of Wassa Amenfi East to always have confidence in the the NPP that is the only party that believed in creating wealth for the people of Ghana and not the NDC that always comes with lies and deceit.

Mr Amo reiterated that the NPP party is grateful to the Aseda Foundation for training the women of Wassa Amenfi East.
