Kotoko supporters chairman roasted for urging Kotoko fans to support Hearts to beat WAC
Kumasi Asante Kotoko Ashanti regional circles chairman, Obeng Sekyere has been heavily bashed after he urged Kotoko fans to support Accra Hearts of Oak in their champions league campaign.
Speaking in an interview with Kessben FM/TV, the regional chairman said the rivalry between two clubs should not go beyond the shores of Ghana if both teams are not playing in the same competition.
The position of the chairman of the supporters did not go down well with many Asante Kotoko fans including some football journalists.
Some supporters have called for an outright resignation of the circles’ chairman because of his call to the supporters to support Accra Hearts of Oak in their champions league game against WAC of Morroco on Sunday.
