Nana Yaw Amponsah doesn’t pick my calls again, I’m suffering – Kotoko accident victim, Sampson Appiah

Asante Kotoko’s former goalkeeper’s trainer, Sampson Ampiah has opened up on his current state after he got injured in 2017.

Sampson Ampiah was on the bus of Asante Kotoko when the car was involved in an accident in 2017. Life for the former goalkeeper of the club has since not been the same after the gory accident.

Sampson Ampiah speaking on Extra Time on Kessben FM/TV said he now spends most of his time at the hospital, moving from one medical institution to the other.

According to the former goalkeeper’s trainer, the accident has now left him with a serious waist problem that has made him very difficult to walk.

He noted that he still has his appointment letter intact with the club but has been denied the requisite entitlements since.

Sampson Ampiah stressed that he got in touch with Nana Yaw Amponsah when he was appointed as the Chief executive officer of the club but the CEO now does not pick his calls.

Narrating his ordeal, the accident victim revealed that Nana Yaw Amponsah told him the club will give him Ghc20,000 to leave the club and start a business, a promise which never materialized.

According to Sampson Ampiah, the CEO later communicated to him that, they will pay him a 6-month advance salary so he leaves but has since not been picking his calls.
