Football Development: Our leaders don’t have passion for our game so they don’t feel the need – Michael Osei

Former Asante Kotoko and Bibiani Gold Stars head coach, Michael Osei has lamented over the poor culture of football development in Ghana.

Michael Osei speaking on Kessben Sports with Joe Laka hit the nail right on top stressing that the leaders of the country are not intrinsically motivated enough to invest in Ghana football.

The calm and collected coach noted that the powers that be in Ghana don’t have passion for the football game, a reason why they don’t feel the need to invest in the game in terms of infrastructure to develop the game.

Micheal Osei who is currently unattached to any football club after leaving Bibiani Gold Stars last month.

In an interview with Kessben Sports, Micheal said that though clubs have approached him to return to football, he is not ready for a comeback now and indicated that he might not even return to football coaching in Ghana.
