‘I can’t be a permanent assistant coach for Black Stars’ – Otto Addo
German born Ghanaian retired footballer, coach Otto Addo has communicated to the handlers of the Black Stars that he cannot work permanently as an assistant Black Stars coach, Kessben sports has learned.
The assistant coach of Dortmund FC has informed the Ghana football association that he’s only ready to work as an assistant coach for the Black Stars on a part-time basis. The retired footballer is not ready to leave his job as an assistant coach for the German giants Dortmund FC to permanently work for the Blackstars.
The Ghana football association were to officially announce the new technical team of the Black Stars headed by returnee Milovan Rejevac on Wednesday but had to be postponed due to an unreachable agreement with coach Otto Addo.
Otto Addo and Maxwell Konadu have been reported to be the two assistant coaches. Per the final agreement we’ve chanced upon, Otto Addo will be working as one of the assistant coaches scouting for the Black Stars across Europe while he hinged on with his job at Dortmund. Maxwell Konadu, the other assistant will be locally based per reports in the local media.
