Family of kidnapped pregnant woman besiege hospital to deal with Doctor who said she wasn’t pregnant
Some family members of the alleged pregnant woman who was kidnapped and has been found stormed the premises of the Axim hospital in the western region to deal with authorities of the hospital for saying their daughter was not pregnant when she was allegedly kidnapped.
The family is demanding that their family member be taken away from the Axim hospital after a doctor at the hospital is reported to have confirmed the woman who was kidnapped wasn’t pregnant.
The family is highly dismayed by the utterances of the western regional minister, Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah who has also said according to a preliminary investigation by the police and various examinations he’s been briefed indicate the woman was not pregnant.
The husband of the woman who was allegedly kidnapped, Michael Simon in an interview with Kessben 92.9 FM has stated his wife was indeed pregnant and has documents to prove that.
An eyewitness told Ali Baba Dankambari on Breaking News that some members of the family stormed the Axim hospital to prove to the doctor that their relative was indeed pregnant. The family also demanded that their relative be taken away from the Axim hospital and be transferred to the Takoradi government hospital for proper health care.
