Consultation fee not biblical and a disgrace to Christianity – Pastor
Rev. Pastor Tweneboah has advised pastors who charge consultation fees to desist from the act stating it’s highly unacceptable in Christianity.
The man of God speaking on Breaking News with Ali Baba Dankambari on Kessben 92.9FM in Accra bemoaned how consultation fees have been incorporated by some pastors.
“It is not in the Bible and is not something good. It will never help. Take Accra for instance, how many people can get GHc 300 as a consultation fee before seeing a pastor? So what it means is that, if you don’t have Ghc 300, you cannot consult your pastor. This definitely is not Christianity and the pastors who engage in that must stop. It is very bad and a disgrace” He stressed.
“Giving is good, so if we give wholly from the heart, God is going to provide for the church. Let find the word of God and educate the people. Sometimes some of these church members who consult these pastors leave their children hungry and take all they have to these pastors just because they want their problems solved. Is this not a disgrace to you the pastor? ” He added.
