Franko Nero and Andy Kerm were highly disappointed following a Twitter post by a BoD member of Kumasi Asante Asante Kotoko.
Evelyn Nsiah Asare, a board member of Kumasi-based football club Asante Kotoko took to Twitter to throw shades at the critics of the CEO of Kumasi Asante Kotoko, Nana Yaw Amponsah.
The board member did not leave out the board chairman of the club, Dr. Kwame Kyei as she thrown shots at the board chairman for his seemingly rough relationship with the CEO, Nana Yaw Amponsah.
Frank Owusu Ansah was stunned by the attitude of the board member of the club to have gone that tangent by publicly casting innuendos at the board chairman. “You don’t do that for a board member to be saying this about her board chairman is just unfortunate. Not too long ago, we’ve seen fans, coaches of the club saying a whole lot about the club but for a whole board member to be saying this is very unfortunate” Frank Nero stressed.
The post by Evelyn seems to suggest that the CEO of the club is the one doing everything for the club indicating that there have people behind who are pulling him off the ladder. “The whole world knows how the BoD chairman has contributed to the club but if Evelyn is saying this today is just unfortunate” Nero stressed. “You are calling your BoD chairman the Ziba of the club. Ever since she (Evelyn) joined the BoD, what has she achieved? What has she contributed to the club?
With her background as a female football expert, we all thought by now she would have come out with a proper document of blueprint for Asante Kotoko to have a female football team but see what she’s on Twitter writing” Andy Kerm added.
