The Phobians have commenced talks to acquire the services of the former Ghana U23 guardsman for their next season’s campaign.
Ghana Premier League champions Hearts of Oak are in talks with former Asante Kotoko centre-back Emmanuel Agyemang for a possible acquisition in the ongoing transfer window. Agyemang Badu disclosed in an interview with Pure FM that he has been contacted by Coach Samuel Boadu and his assistant for his services at the Capital based club. “I’ve received a lot of offers from clubs including foreign offers. But, Hearts of Oak coaches both Samuel Boadu and Hamza Obeng have spoken to me,” Agyemang Badu told Pure FM in an interview. “So it’s now a decision to make as to where I will play next season” Agyemang Badu will be a free player next month upon the expiry of his one-year deal with relegated Premier League outfit Inter Allies. He joined Inter Allies prior to the commencement of the second round of the 2020/21 season but his additional couldn’t save them from the drop. Agyemang Badu left Asante Kotoko after the truncated season following the expiration of his three-year contract. Hearts of Oak are currently busy on the transfer market inquiring about the availability of players for their 2021/22 CAF Champions League campaign.
