Former Asante Kotoko midfielder, Fabio Gama is open for a return to Ghana for a possible move to the Porcupine Warriors.
The agent of the Brazilian midfielder has revealed to Kessben Sports that, Gama’s stint with Bahrain side Al-Muharraq SC has officially ended.
According to the agent, the player is not ready to extend his stay in the Bahrain league, making him available to the Ghana market.
Checks divulge that Gama will be ready for a comeback at Asante Kotoko if the desired conditions are met.
Gama left the Ghana Premier League side at the end of the 2021/22 football season.
Kotoko was unable to come to terms with extending Gama’s contract.
As a result of the Brazilian desire for a pay raise that Kotoko refused to provide, the two parties were unable to come to terms on a new contract.
Fabio Gama in his two-year stint with Asante Kotoko scored five goals in 48 appearances.
