NR: Civil Society And Institutional Foundation Engages National Service Personnel’s In Employable Skills Training In Tamale

Civil Society and Institutional Foundation is a local NGO in Tamale who is currently holding a employable skills training program for the unemployed graduates in the Region.

They thought it wisely to collaborate with National Service Personnel’s in Northern to help train them in preparation of CV, branding of one self, pre and post interview skills and many more.

Engaging with the media, Madam Nadia Ali the Program coordinator said most of the National Service Personnel’s are successful products for the job market but due to the lack of adequate CV, branding of one’s self and pre and post interview skills let them remain unemployed graduates in the society.

Mr. Abukari Illiasu N/R National Service Personnel’s Association President, thanked the organizers CSIF for giving them to prepare the personnel’s for the job market after service and also seek for more opportunities from other stakeholders, institutions and organizations to create such platforms for the personnel’s in the region.
