Ex-Chelsea doctor Eva Carneiro has appeared at a tribunal hearing for her constructive dismissal case against the Premier League champions.
She is suing the club for constructive dismissal and breach of contract.
The preliminary hearing, held in private, took place at the London South Employment Tribunal in Croydon.
After the hearing, Mary O’Rourke QC, representing Carneiro, said no settlement had been reached and a date had been fixed for the next hearing.
There is a separate but connected legal claim against former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho for alleged discrimination.
