CETAG strike: Ministry of Education responds, assures to settle the teachers soon (Video)

The Ministry of Education has responded to the indefinite strike by the College of Education Teachers Association of Ghana(CETAG).

The College of Education Teachers Association declared an indefinite strike following the government’s failure to fulfill a condition of service.

CETAG noted that the Government per their agreement was supposed to ensure some conditions of their service are met since 2017 but it has become a mere lip service by the government.

Spokesperson of the Education Ministry, Kwasi Kwarteng speaking in an interview with Kwame Appiah Kubi on Kessben TV (Maakye) assured that they will be paid by the end of January 2022.
