Noble Nketsiah's 'I am Noble’ album is out

Gospel musician Noble Nketsiah after going on a short break since 2009 has finally outdoored a new album.
His much awaited album titled ‘I Am Noble’ was launched at a colourful event dubbed ‘Noble’s Executive Launch’ at the African Regent Hotel last Sunday.
The event which targeted about 70 influential personalities in the society regarded the official launch of ‘I Am Noble’ alongside the launch of his second social responsibility project dubbed ‘First 1,000 Days of the Child Campaign’.
At the launch, Noble performed some selected songs on his new album, which include ‘Worthy Is Your Name’, ‘Hope &Praiz’, ‘Sweet Love’, ‘Nhyira’ and ‘Ayeyi’.
The event which was hosted by comedian DKB and started with a poetry presentation on the subject by Nenebi also witnessed performances from gospel artists such as Rev Yawson, Joyce Blessing and Kwabena Kwabena.
The first 20 copies of the ‘I Am Noble’ album were auctioned and donated as seed fund by Noble to his project.
Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of JL Properties, Dr James Orleans-Lindsay, bought the first copy at GH¢5,000, while Mr Michael Adjovu, MD of Midland Savings & Loans bought the second copy for GH¢6,000.
Spokesperson for ex-President Kufuor, Frank Agyekum, who represented the chairman ex-President J.A Kufuor, bought the CD for GH¢2,000; same as Patrick Blay.
Mr Samuel Afrane and Mr Nyantakyi bought the CD at GH¢1,000, while MP for Tano North Constituency, Hon Freda Prempeh at GH¢510. Dr Mensah, Emmanuel Appeaning, Yaw Amoako-Amoako, Olivia Klego, Nana Aba Acquaah, Soraya Anglow, Offei Nkansah, Rev & Mrs Mpeaning all bought each CD at GH¢500.
Noble Nketsiah’s ‘First 1,000 Days of the Child Campaign’ is activated by the Ghana Coalition of Civil Society Organisations for Scaling up Nutrition (GHACCSSUN) with Noble Nketsiah as national ambassador.
The campaign’s development partners at the event include representatives from USAID, World Vision, JICA, GIZ, Care International, FAO, UnReach, NDPC, WFP and UNICEF, Gain, Hunger Project and CRS. They will be working with Noble on this project.
