The kumasi Metropolitan Assembly has denied allegations that it has sold the Adum footbridge underpass to a private developer
Early on, traders have alleged that the metro has sold the place and has asked them to vacate, but the public relation officer for the KMA ,Mr.Godwin Okumah Nyame says those allegations are false.
He dispelled rumours that the assembly was secretly registering people who were not recognizably as belonging to the group of traders displaced
.
He urged the traders to report anyone who claims he have acquired the land and will be dealt with.
