Lord Kenya reveals his violent past

Award winning Ghanaian artist Lord Kenya has ditched the dirt on his violent past by revealing that he used to beat his dad and his wife.
In an interview on Accra-based Hitz FM  the  former rapper-turned-evangelist disclosed that “he has been saved and is born again now”.
“I don’t make lucrative earnings now, but I have peace, which is the best thing that ever happened to me”.
Lord Kenya added that he used to make lots of money when before he became a Christian, but used it on drugs, women, alcohol and other “crazy ungodly things”.
He said: “It really saddens my heart to say that I used to beat up his father and my wife any time I was high on drugs.”
“I did other awful things to people too and I wish I could erase those memories,” he stated.
Lord Kenya added: “My advice to the youth is that they should desist from drugs and save their lives.”
He urged the media to help educate the public about the bad effects of drugs.
