Man Attacks Cleaner for Interrupting His Lovemaking

Passion is seen in heightened moments of bliss with a lover or bursts of rage in violent behavior with an enemy. Both scenarios impair our judgment and one man was clearly not thinking straight when he was blinded by the intensity of his emotions.

Billy Dean Fallon, a 28-year-old ex-army aircraft mechanic, attacked a cleaner when he was caught in the middle of an intimate act with a woman inside a disabled toilet. This fight took place in the Nightjar nightclub in Burleigh Heads, Australia. Fallon wanted a dirty nightclub toilet to do his dirty business without a middleman interrupting his climax.

In the court hearing, a CCTV revealed Fallon rushing out of the toilet stall without a shirt and throwing a series of punches at the cleaner. The worker, who didn’t see this coming, fell to the ground.

His lover held two drinks while she watched the drama unfold with Fallon beating the cleaner at the other side of the toilet. That was the moment the lady probably realized that only one thing is capable of operating at a time: the man’s brain or his penis. They can’t both function together.

In order to save himself, the worker put his hands up to guard his head. Fallon showed no signs of stopping when he throw punches to his ribcage.

Eventually, a security guard and other witnesses had to get in the middle to cool off some of that rage. The cleaner, who was trying to do his job, left with a broken nose.

Defendant lawyer Angus Edwards said: “They were in the midst of becoming intimate when someone started banging on the door. He acted impulsively, he acted protectively and he thought he was protecting himself and his partner.”

Magistrate Michelle Dooley concluded: “This individual was engaged in his normal employment, was clearly unaffected by alcohol and just going about his normal duties as part of his job.”

The court ordered Fallon to pay the cleaner $1,500 in compensation.
