Real Madrid leave Juventus rebel Vidal to Man Utd
Juventus management are reassessing the future of Arturo Vidal after his nightclub antics last week.
Out late on Thursday, Vidal arrived late to training the following morning, reports Tuttosport, and was subsequently dropped by coach Max Allegri for Sunday’s win over AS Roma.
Juve chiefs chose to fine Vidal a cool €100,000 – the maximum allowed – for his behaviour.
And this week, with the players away on international duty, Juve directors are seriously discussing making Vidal available for the January market.
Manchester Unted remain keen – and could get a clear run at the Chilean after Real Madrid president Florentino Perez ruled themselves out the race.
“He’s not a player that does it for us, I understand that his life outside football is not an example to follow,” Perez is quoted by La Stampa today.
