Sabin Akrofrom Chief Nana Osei Kofi builds Court for Community
Nana Kofi Osei, chief of Sabin Akrofrom in Ghana’s Ashanti Region, has constructed a courthouse in his town.
According to the chief, the court will be completely functioning by mid-year, as all relevant items and documentation from the Judicial Service are being arranged.
Nana Osei Kofi speaking on Kessben FM’s Maakye with Akuoko Kwarteng said the move to build the ultramodern court for the community was inspired to create jobs and also promote equal justice.
He underscored that, as the Chief of Sabin Akrofom, he’s not only put in charge to rule over the people but some of the core duties of his position to ensure development.
Under his supervision, a sod-cutting ceremony was recently held for the development of a multipurpose market complex at Sabin Akrofrom in the Atwima Kwanwoma District of the Ashanti Region.
When completed, the two-story tower will have lockable stores, stalls for petty traders, police and fire stations, banking halls, a clinic, restaurants, and a lorry port.
