Hearts need to spend over $100,000 for transfers

Accra Hearts of Oak will need to splash over $100,000 on transfers if they are to get all their targeted players.
With high demands for Hearts’ targets, goalkeeper Stephen Adams, striker Yakubu Mohamed, defenders Emmanuel Asante, Prince Atinga and Alfred Nelson and their readiness to recruit new but young talents for the U-17 side, Hearts could spend more than the estimated $100,000 if they are to secure all their wishes in the transfer market.
According to sportscrusader.com sources, the Phobians will have to raise their recruitment budget to meet all the demands for the targeted players. But the club is also insisting that even though it is their wish to augment the existing squad it would not be forced to spend exorbitantly on its targets.
With the club intending to bring in a maximum of five players in this transfer period to augment the first team squad, the Phobians hope $100,000 should be enough to meet their expected targets as they gear up for next season’s premiership title.
“We have our budget for the recruitment and we don’t intend to go way beyond it.
“Some of the demands for some of our targets have been rather high to our surprise but yet still we hope to do our best to get the best out of our budget to beef up our squad so we can win titles next season,” a Hearts source confirmed to sportscrusader.com.
