Olympiakos trash AC Milan 3-0

Olympiakos beat AC Milan 3-0 in the International Champions Cup with Andreas Bouchalakis scoring a superb long-range goal.
New AC Milan manager Filippo Inzaghi rested Mario Balotelli as he watched from the stands for the Group B opener at BMO Field in Toronto on Thursday.
Argentinian midfielder Alejandro Dominguez opened the scoring in the 17th minute. Having initially started the move, he chested down a Mathieu Dossevi cross from the right and half-volleyed the ball home through a crowd and into the far corner of Gabriel’s goal.
Four minutes after the restart, French left-back Arthur Masuaku – like Dossevi, a summer signing from Valenciennes – got away down the left and squared for Greece Under-21 Dimitrios Diamantakos to sidefoot home into the far corner.
Milan’s Riccardo Saponara was unfortunate to see a shot bounce down off the crossbar at the other end soon after, but in the 78th minute Olympiakos made sure of victory with a stunning long-range strike into the top corner from the left boot of another of their rising stars, 21-year-old midfielder Bouchalakis.
Speaking after the game, midfielder Michael Essien admitted the Rossoneri have work to do ahead of their next game against Manchester City in Pittsburgh on Sunday.
“We can do better, but we’ve only just started pre-season,” he told Sky Sports. “We didn’t take our chances. We’ll go back to training and really work on that.”
The tournament continues on Saturday. In Group A, Manchester United face Roma in Denver while Real Madrid face Inter Milan at the California Memorial Stadium in Berkeley.
