Joe Kpengeh appointed National Sports Authority director-general

The Director of the Winneba Sports College, Mr Joe Kpengeh, has been appointed Director-General of the National Sports Authority.
He takes over from Madam Alice Atipoe, who until recently, had been acting director-general for almost three years after Worlanyo Agra retired from the position. Madam Atipoe is being moved to the Civil Service Commission.
Mr Kpengeh confirmed his appointment to the Daily Graphic yesterday in a telephone interview, but did not give any further details.
Erasmus Adorkor, who was the deputy director-general at the Sports Authority, will take over as Director of the Winneba Sports College.
