Other artistes who collaborated on song include Edem, Sherifa Gunu, Noble Nketsiah, Obour, Qweci Oteng, Chemphe, Nana Boroo, Skinny Legend and Tic Tac, with a poetic interlude by Nenebi.
Shine-4-Africa was produced by three-time Vodafone Ghana Music Awards-winning producer, Kaywa, with support from Oteng.
The Black Stars had already been presented with 100 copies before they left Ghana for the World Cup.
Asamoah Gyan who received the CDs on behalf of the players said, “I am very grateful at this gesture, that our friends in music, who I am also part of, have made this great song for us. We will listen to it before every match.”
