CR7 recovers, Pepe and Benzema still in doubt

La decima campaigners Real Madrid finished their training session before travelling to Lisbon this afternoon.
Cristiano Ronaldo’s recovery continues to go well, as he seeks to be fully fit for Saturday’s champions league final showdown with their city rivals Atletico Madrid.
However, the good news for Carlo Ancelotti about the Portuguese captain’s availability wasn’t accompanied by similar information about Pepe and Karim Benzema, who continue to be a cause for concern.
The coach is beginning to face the prospect of having to do without the central defender, with Raphael Varane starting in Lisbon. He hopeful, however, that Benzema will be ready in time.
At the last training session at the club training ground, the Valdebebas, Pepe and Benzema were in the hands of physiotherapists.
