Supreme Court to hear motion by respondents seeking to cross examine three more witnesses

The Supreme Court will this morning hear a motion filed by all three respondents in the ongoing presidential election petition, seeking to cross examine three witnesses from the side of the petitioners.
Lawyer for the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Tsatsu Tsikata reminded the court of the motion to call the said witnesses including Member of Parliament for Tano North in the Brong Ahafo Region, Freda Prempeh, into the witness box to testify to their written affidavits.
But lawyers for the petitioners are expected to oppose the motion.
Meanwhile, Mr. Tsikata is expected to finish his cross examination albeit waiting for the auditing of the pink sheets by accounting firm, KPMG.
