The Chairman on the Electoral Commission, Dr. Afari Gyan has made an appearance at the Supreme Court following queries of his whereabouts from Justices sitting on the case.
The EC Chairman in response said he will appear in court for the hearing of the substantive case of the election petition.
National Security has also beefed up security in and around the premises of the Supreme Court.
A minor scuffle however broke out involving body guards of some VIPs and personnel of the Police Service.
The body guards were attempting to gain entrance into the courtroom without accreditation.
There was a brief exchange of words as well but they were eventually ushered in.
